Ingredients
- 1/2 c. Orange juice
- 2 Tbsp. Balsamic or possibly red wine Vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. Vegetable oil
- 2 med Green onions, finely Minced (2 Tbsp.)
- 1 Tbsp. Minced fresh thyme or possibly
- 1 tsp dry thyme
- 1 tsp Grated orange peel
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/8 tsp Pepper

Bc's Orange Thyme Marinade

Directions
- Mix all ingredients in shallow nonmetal dish or possibly resealable plastic bag. Add in 2 pounds beef or possibly pork, turning to coat with marinade. Cover and chill at least 6 hrs but no more than 24 hrs. Remove meat from marinade; reserve marinade. Grill meat as desired. Heat remaining marinade to boiling; boil and stir 1 minute. Serve marinade with grilled meat.
