Bc's Orange Tarragon Marinade Recipe

Ingredients
- 1/2 c. Orange juice
- 1/4 c. Vegetable oil
- 1/4 c. White wine vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. Minced shallots
- 1 tsp Dry tarragon leaves
- 2 tsp Grated orange peel
- 1/2 tsp Salt
Directions
- Mix all ingredients in shallow nonmetal dish or possibly resealable plastic bag.
- Makes about 1 1/4 c.
