Directions

  1. Saute/fry onions and bell peppers in extra virgin olive oil. Add in garlic, wine and rest of ingredients. Bring to boil. Cover, then cook over a low fire for at least two hrs. Use on finished BBQ, not as a basting sauce.
  2. This is garontee to hot the belly!
  3. NOTES : Not a basting sauce, put on after cooking.
