Ingredients

  • 2 lbs prepared shredded pork in barbecue sauce*, warmed
  • 20 oz sliced potatoes, cooked
  • 12 taco shells, warmed
  • TOPPINGS
  • shredded lettuce
  • chopped tomato
  • cheese

Directions

  1. COMBINE pork and potatoes in large bowl.
  2. FILL taco shells with pork mixture.
  3. Top with lettuce, tomato and cheese.
  4. NOTE: Available fully-cooked in your grocer's refrigerated meat case.
