My grandmother turned me on to this dish. easy to prepare and tastes GREAT; best served with rice and a green salad.

Directions

  1. Saute onions, garlic and ginger in oil over medium heat in large saute pan
  2. Add shredded chicken and string beans and cook for 2-3 minutes
  3. Add soy sauce and stir in thoroughly
  4. Add broth and peanut butter and bring to boil
  5. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes
  6. Add salt, pepper and chili to taste

    Made this tonight - would cut the chicken broth to 1/4 cup and add only 1 tsp of peanut butter...other than that, really good. Kids like it too.
    I've cooked/tasted this recipe!

        I have to say that this doesn't sound particularly crazy, but it looks easy to make so I will give it a try. You have one experimental grandma!
