Batter Fried Shrimp Recipe

Ingredients
- 14 x jumbo shrimp, butterflied
- 2 x Large eggs, beaten
- 4 Tbsp. flour
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 dsh pepper oil for frying
Directions
- Whisk ingredients together. If necessary, add in more flour to make batter less soupy. Coat shrimp with batter and fry.
