  • 1/4 lb Orzo (rice-shaped pasta)
  • 1 tsp Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 c. Minced basil
  • 2 x Garlic cloves crushed Salt Freshly grnd black pepper

Directions

  1. Place a large pot with 3 to 4 qts of water on to boil for orzo. When water boils, add in orzo; cook for 9 min. Drain; return to pot. Add in oil, basil, garlic, and salt and pepper to taste. Mix and serve.
  2. Yield: 2 servings.
