Ingredients

  • 1 x Full Load:
  • 2 c. Flour popeil measuring c.
  • 2 x egg beaters 99% egg substitute beaten (equivalent to 2 Large eggs)
  • 1 tsp Salt Water or possibly juice to full load line Half Load Serves 2 - 4
  • 1 c. Flour Popeil measuring c.
  • 1 x egg beaters 99% egg substitute beaten (or possibly equivalent to 1 egg)
  • 1/2 tsp Salt Water or possibly juice to half load line

Directions

  1. Note: The Full Load recipe calls for 1 Tablespoons extra virgin olive oil. The half load recipe calls for 1 Tablespoons extra virgin olive oil. I omit the oil completely. [Serves 4-6]
  2. NOTE: One Popeil Measuring C. is equivalent to 1 2/3 C standard measurement.
  3. Extrude in any shape which you prefer.
