Barley Breakfast Pudding Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 c. cooked barley
- 1/4 c. unfiltered apple juice
- 1/2 c. diced apples
- 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 3 tbsp. raisins
- 1 tbsp. minced walnuts
Directions
- Mix all ingredients together and bake in a non-stick pan (use Pam) for 30 min at 350 degrees. Serves 2.
