Directions

  1. In a large bowl, mix ketchup, chili sauce, prepared mustard, grnd dry mustard, brown sugar, black pepper, white wine vinegar, warm pepper sauce, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, vegetable oil, beer and lemon juice. Cover and chill till use. Approximately 1 hour before use, fold in the garlic. Apply generously to desired meats during the final min of cooking.
  2. Makes 3 qts.
