Directions

  1. Sprinkle ribs with salt and pepper. Place ribs in broiler pan under broiler for 30 min to brown and remove excess fat.
  2. Put sliced onion in crock pot. Slice ribs into serving pcs and put in crock pot. Pour in barbecue sauce. Cover and cook on low 8-10 hrs or possibly on high 4-5 hrs.
