Directions

  1. Cut off tips of wings. Cut back of wings in half. Combine in bowl or possibly blender, water, soy sauce, sugar, pineapple juice, garlic pwdr, ginger and salad oil. Place wings in shallow dish or possibly pan. Pour sauce over wings. Cover and chill 1 hour or possibly overnight. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Bake till tender, 45 min. Serves 16.
