%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EI%20went%20to%20Harris%20Teeter%20to%20try%20to%20reinvent%20a%20pasta%20salad%20for%20a%20reader,%20but%20I%20got%20side%20tracked%20in%20the%20BBQ%20aisle.%20Stubb%E2%80%99s%20was%20givin%E2%80%99%20me%20the%20sexy%20eye.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EAnd%20this%20macaroni%20salad%20is%20DEFINITELY%20sexy,%20saucy,%20and%20simple!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EI%20started%20by%20chopping%20up%20one%20head%20of%20broccoli,%201/2%20of%20a%20red%20pepper,%20and%20a%201/2%20cup%20of%20cherry%20tomatoes:%20drizzled%20with%20olive%20oil%20and%20then%20broiled%20on%20high%20until%20the%20tomatoes%20wilted%20and%20the%20broccoli%20crisped.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EWhile%20the%20veggies%20broiled,%20I%20boiled%20a%20pot%20of%20water%20and%20cooked%20up%20one%20bag%20of%20Tinkyada%20gluten%20free%20brown%20rice%20macaroni.%20When%20the%20pasta%20was%20about%205%20minutes%20away%20from%20being%20finished,%20I%20poured%20half%20a%20bag%20of%20frozen%20corn%20in%20to%20the%20pot.%20Once%20the%20pasta%20was%20cooked%20and%20the%20corn%20was%20thawed,%20I%20drained%20and%20returned%20to%20the%20pot.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EI%20added%20the%20veggies%20to%20the%20pot,%20and%20poured%20in%201/2%20a%20cup%20of%20Stubb%E2%80%99s%20sauce.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EVoila!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EYou%20can%20add%20more%20BBQ%20sauce,%20top%20with%20cheese,%20top%20with%20bacon%E2%80%A6top%20with%20cheese%20and%20bacon.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EThank%20you%20guys%20so%20much%20for%20your%20understanding%20and%20sweet%20comments%20on%20yesterday%E2%80%99s%20post.%20I%20don%E2%80%99t%20know%20why%20it%20seems%20so%20embarrassing%20to%20own%20up%20to%20my%20early%20twenties%20past,%20everything%20in%20my%20life%20has%20made%20me%20who%20I%20am%20today.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EA%20lot%20of%20times,%20in%20writing%20this%20blog,%20it%20can%20seem%20like%20my%20life%20is%20perfect.%20That%20I%20wake%20up%20each%20day%20with%20positive%20energy%20and%20that%20eating%20gluten%20free%20is%20a%20walk%20in%20the%20park.%20I%20hope%20that%20I%20paint%20a%20better%20picture%20of%20how%20hard%20this%20lifestyle%20change%20can%20be!%3C/p%3E){kind=link}
