Barbara Billingsley's "Sweet Potato Casserole" Recipe

Ingredients
- 4 lb Cooked yams
- 1/2 c. Butter, melted
- 3 x Large eggs, slightly beaten
- 2/3 c. Orange juice
- 1/3 c. Brown sugar, packed
- 1/4 c. Brandy
- 1 Tbsp. Grated lemon peel
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp Salt
Directions
- Beat cooked yams with electric mixer, adding melted butter - add in remaining ingredients and beat till smooth - butter a 2 qt casserole and spoon in the mix - bake at 350 degrees for 45 min or possibly till set. MC
