Ingredients
- 1 tbsp unsalted butter
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 orange, freshly juiced
- 1/4 cup brandy
- 2 ripe bananas, peeled, slice crosswise
- Ice cream for serving

Bananas Orange Flambé
Time: 1 minutes prep, 7 minutes cook
Servings: 2 Person
Directions
- Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat, stir in sugar until sugar is melted and brown. Add bananas and orange juice, mixing everything until it is well mixed.
- Add brandy, tilt skillet toward the flame if you have gas stove or bring a torch close up to skillet to light the brandy. Turn off the heat when all the brandy is burned off. Serve with your choice of flavor ice cream.
