  • 1/2 c. Butter
  • 1/2 c. Brown sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. Dark rum
  • 1 Tbsp. Creme de Banana
  • 3 lrg Bananas, split and sliced Vanilla ice cream ds Cinnamon

Directions

  1. In a wide skillet, heat butter and sugar over medium heat, stirring constantly till mix has blended to caramel.
  2. Add in liquors and ignite. (Use caution!) Heat bananas in mix for 2 min and serve over ice cream. Sprinkle w a dash of cinnamon.
