Banana Streusel Coffee Cake Recipe

Ingredients
- 2 c. Bisquick Baking Mix
- 1 c. Mashed Bananas
- 2/3 c. Sugar
- 1/4 c. Lowfat milk
- 3 Tbsp. Margarine Or possibly Butter, ,softened
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 2 x Large eggs
- 1/2 c. Minced Nuts
- 1/4 c. Sugar
- 1/2 tsp Grnd Cinnamon
Directions
- Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour square pan 9x9x2 inches. Prepare Streusel Topping (mix ingredients); reserve. Mix remaining ingredients; beat vigorously 30 seconds. Spread in pan; sprinkle with Streusel Topping.
- Bake till wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean, 20-25 min.
- Serve hot or possibly cold
