Banana Pudding Cake Recipe

Ingredients
- 2 sm Bananas, ripe
- 1 pkt Yellow Cake Mix
- 1 pkt Banana Pudding Mix
- 4 x Large eggs
- 1 c. Water
- 1/4 c. Oil
- 1/2 c. Minced Nuts, optional
Directions
- Slice bananas into large mixer bowl; beat till well mashed.
- Add in remaining ingredients. Blend; then beat at medium speed of electric mixer for 2 min.
- Pour into well-greased and floured 10" tube or possibly Bundt pan.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 60 to 70 min.
- Cold in pan at least 15 min. Remove from pan; finish cooling on rack.
- Sprinkle with confectioners sugar, if you like.
