- 2 x Egg whites
- 1/2 c. Sugar
- 1 Tbsp. Baking power
- 2 1/2 c. Oatbran, (3 C makes a less moist muffin)
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla
- 1 c. Raisins, (raisins are optional)
