Banana chocolate chip Bread.!! Recipe

Instead of throwing the ripe and blackened bananas away, make a best moist banana bread for snacks. Enjoy it with scoop of ice-cream, whipped cream, fresh cream or for change sour cream .!!!
My family and friends love this bread so much.!!! it goes like that :)

Directions

  1. Pre heat the oven at 350 F
  2. Oil the bread pan (same as you do for Cake)
  3. In a mixing bowl mash bananas and mash them
  4. Add sugar into it and mix well till it becomes slushy
  5. Add egg and blend well for air to buildup
  6. Add oil
  7. Swift the baking soda, salt and all purpose flour together in the mixing bowl slowly and incorporate everything together
  8. Lastly add chocolate chips (if using)
  9. Mix it very well
  10. Pour the batter into the bread pan
  11. Bake it for 1 hour at 350 degree
  12. (some ovens are faster, so keep checking after 40-45 minutes by poking knife or toothpick into the bread)
  13. Enjoy
