  1. 1. In small saucepan, heat margarine, sugar and cinnamon over low heat; stirring constantly till bubbles form around edges of pan. Remove from heat.
  2. 2. Add in cereal; mix well.
  3. 3. Press mix proportionately in 9-inch pie pan to create crust. Chill.
  4. 4. Beat cream cheese till light and fluffy. Add in sweetened condensed lowfat milk; blend thoroughly. Add in 1/3 c. lemon juice and vanilla; stir till thickened.
  5. 5. Slice 3 bananas; line crust with banana slices. Turn filling into crust. Chill 2-3 hrs or possibly till hard. (Don't freeze.)
  6. 6. Cut remaining 2 bananas into thin slices; dip in the 2 Tbsp. lemon juice. Garnish top of pie with banana slices.
  7. Yield: 1 pie, 8 servings
