  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1/2 c. minced pecans
  • 4 sqr Baker's Semi-Sweet chocolate, minced Your favourite ice cream

Directions

  1. Heat butter over low heat.
  2. Add in nuts; cook, stirring constantly, till light golden.
  3. REMOVE from heat; add in chocolate and stir till melted and smooth.
  4. SERVE hot over ice cream. Sauce hardens when it touches ice cream.
  5. Kraft Kitchens TipsBaker's Tip:Sauce may be made in advance and reheated on top of stove or possibly in microwave oven on MEDIUM power till hot.
  6. For a quick decadent dessert:White and Dark Mocha Parfaits: Place lb. cake cubes in tall glass. Brush with prepared coffee. Top with coffee or possibly chocolate ice cream. Top with crackle sauce. Garnish with minced Baker's Chocolate.
