  • 7 lrg Large eggs
  • 1 c. lowfat milk
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 4 c. shredded Monterey Jack - (16 ounce)
  • 4 ounce cream cheese cubed
  • 1 ct small curd cottage cheese - (16
  • 2/3 c. butter or possibly margarine melted
  • 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking pwdr

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 3-qt casserole dish; set aside.
  2. Beat together Large eggs, lowfat milk and sugar. Add in cheeses and melted butter and mix well. Stir in flour and baking pwdr and pour into a prepared dish.
  3. Bake for 45 to 50 min or possibly till knife inserted in center comes out clean. Cut into squares and serve.
  4. This recipe yields 12 servings.
  5. Comments: May be prepared in advance and refrigerated, covered. If placed in oven directly from refrigerator, uncover and bake up to 60 min.
