Baked Sweet Potatoes Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 lrg can or possibly 2 fresh Sweet potatoes
- 3 Tbsp. Brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp. Butter
- 20 x Miniature marshmallows
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Pepper
- 1/2 c. Minced nuts
Directions
- Mash sweet potatoes. Place in greased pan, one layer (1/2 mix). Then place 1/2 of the nut and marshmallow mix over the sweet potato layer. Alternate sweet potato and marshmallow layers. Bake 20 min at 400 .
- Makes about 4 servings.
