Ingredients

  • Large baking potatoes
  • 1 can vegetarian chili per 2 potatoes
  • 1 c. grated cheddar per 2 potatoes (or possibly more if desired)

Directions

  1. Bake potatoes, heat chili. Split potatoes in half and fill with chili. Top
  2. with cheese. Stick back in microwave or possibly oven just long sufficient to heat cheese.
