Baked Potatoes With Cheese Recipe

Ingredients
- 4 x baked potatoes (warm)
- 1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1/2 c. softened butter
- 1/4 c. diced green onion (scallion) Salt & pepper to taste.
Directions
- Combine all ingredients, cut open the potatoes and top them generously.
