- 6 pound Pork Tenderloin Roast
- 5 pounds small potatoes
- 1-1/4 cup vegetable stock
- one teaspoon cumin
- one teaspoon garlic salt
- one teaspoon black pepper
- one teaspoon onion powder
- one lemon
- sprigs of fresh rosemary

Baked Pork Loin Roast with Rosemary Potatoes
Time: 9 minutes prep, 1 hours cook
Servings: 6
Directions
- Place pork loin seasoned roast in a large baking dish with vegetable stock, cover with foil and bake 30 minutes at 375 F
- Remove from hot oven and add potatoes, lemon juice, return foil and place back into the oven for 30 more minutes
- Garnish with fresh rosemary
- Let rest then slice
