Ingredients
- 36 cooked mussels on the half-shell
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 2 tbsp. butter
- grated cheese
- 2 tbsp. olive oil

Baked Mussels with Cheese
Time: 10 minutes prep, 15 minutes cook
Directions
- Mix all ingredients (except mussels) in a food processor and blend until you make a paste.
- Top mussels with 1/2 tsp. of the mixture on each.
- Bake the mussels in a 400 oven for 15 minutes (sometimes less) until the topping is sightly brown.
- Serve.
