Baked Mussels with Cheese

Ingredients

  • 36 cooked mussels on the half-shell
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 2 tbsp. butter
  • grated cheese
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil

Baked Mussels with Cheese

Time: 10 minutes prep, 15 minutes cook
 
 

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients (except mussels) in a food processor and blend until you make a paste.
  2. Top mussels with 1/2 tsp. of the mixture on each.
  3. Bake the mussels in a 400 oven for 15 minutes (sometimes less) until the topping is sightly brown.
  4. Serve.
