Baked Honey-Ham Recipe
Baked Honey-Ham-is an easy recipe for a delicious ,oven-baked, honey and orange glazed ham. It will become your go-to recipe for your Easter, Christmas and/or New Year's Day holidays when feeding a large gathering. Once served, guests will be requesting this recipe often. It takes only (15) minutes to prepare the glaze which includes honey, orange zest, cinnamon and cloves.
Ingredients
- 1 (8 lb) fully-cooked boneless ham
- 1 cup honey
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 Tbsp orange zest
- 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp ground cloves
Directions
- Preheat oven to 325° F.
- Stir the honey, broth, orange zest, cinnamon and cloves together in a small bowl.
- Place the ham into a roasting pan. Bake for 1-1/2 hours or until ham is hot; basting often with honey mixture during last 45 minutes of the baking time.
