Baked French Fries Recipe

Ingredients
- 4 potatoes, cut into French fries
- 3 T butter
- 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Dash of pepper
- 1 T chopped onion
- 1/2 c. grated Velveeta cheese
- 1/2 c. half & half
Directions
- Place potatoes in a foil lined pan. Mix all remaining ingredients together and pour over potatoes. Bake, covered, with foil at 375 degrees for 1 hour.
