  1. Preheat oven to 350 F. Sprinkle Flounder inside and out with salt and pepper. Arrange fish skin side down in baking dish; pour 1/4 c. melted butter over fish. Bake 25 min.
  2. In skillet, heat 2 Tbsp. butter; add in green pepper and onion and saute/fry till onion is slightly brown. Add in tomatoes, olives, sugar, salt and pepper.
  3. Pour sauce over fish and bake 10 min longer.
