Directions

  1. In a large mixing bowl add lean ground Chicken, chopped baby spinach, seasonings and using clean hands mix well (add optional feta cheese crumbles, if using), round out large patties and place on a rimmed baking sheet pan, place into a 400 F hot oven and bake for 18 minutes (turn at halfway point)
  2. Cut open Sesame Seed Buns (Or buns of your choice)
  3. I use a Honey BBQ sauce on the top and bottom of bun, use any condiment you enjoy, add black pepper
  4. Serve with potato wedges, side salad or fresh fruit
