BAKED CHICKEN GARLIC

Ingredients

  • 1/2 kg. chicken, cut up
  • 3 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1/2 c. yogurt
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. MSG
  • 1 tsp. chili powder
  • 1 tbsp. all-purpose flour

BAKED CHICKEN GARLIC

Time: 10 minutes prep, 1 hours cook
Servings: 5
 

Directions

  1. Marinate chicken with the rest of the ingredients. Refrigerate overnight.
  2. Preheat oven to 325 F.
  3. Line chicken pieces with marinade on a greased tray.
  4. Bake for 30 minutes one side of the chicken, another 30 minutes to other side.
  5. Serve hot.
