Ingredients
- 1/2 kg. chicken, cut up
- 3 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1/2 c. yogurt
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. MSG
- 1 tsp. chili powder
- 1 tbsp. all-purpose flour

BAKED CHICKEN GARLIC
Time: 10 minutes prep, 1 hours cook
Servings: 5
Directions
- Marinate chicken with the rest of the ingredients. Refrigerate overnight.
- Preheat oven to 325 F.
- Line chicken pieces with marinade on a greased tray.
- Bake for 30 minutes one side of the chicken, another 30 minutes to other side.
- Serve hot.
