Ingredients

  • 1 pkt dry beef
  • 6 x boneless skinless chicken breast halves
  • 3 x strips of bacon (cut in halves)
  • 1 lrg container of lowfat sour cream
  • 2 can cream of mushroom soup

Directions

  1. In the bottom of a 9 x 13 pan place dry beef to cover.
  2. Place 6 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves on top of beef.
  3. Place 1/2 piece of bacon on each piece of chicken.
  4. Take a large container of lowfat sour cream and 2 cans of Cream of Mushroom soup and mix together.
  5. Pour over chicken and spread lightly.
  6. Bake at 275 for 3hours.
  7. Let set for about 5 min. This comes out fork tender and delicious!!!
  8. This is one of our favorites. Its really easy to make and tastes like you spent all day in the kitchen slaving away. I usually serve it with rice
  9. (either plain or possibly rice-a-roni), corn and a nice salad.
