Baked Chicken And Potatoes Recipe

Ingredients
- 1/4 c. extra virgin olive oil
- 1 x heaped Tbs sweet paprika
- 2 Tbsp. ketchup
- 1 tsp salt Mix all together.
- 6 x -8 chicken thighs
- 4 x big potatoes peeled and cubed
- 1 x -2 sweet potatoes peeled and cubed
Directions
- Mix all with the sauce until it's well coated. Put them in a cooking bag (I use two as it's too much for one) and into a preheated oven to 150 Celsius (low heat) for 3-4 hrs.
