Many of you may already have tried this but I just made it up one day and I love it.

Ingredients

  • any kind of chicken, on the bone, boneless, whole chicken. Just use your favorite chicken

Directions

  1. Put the chicken in a roasting pan and put one can of cream of celery and one can of cream of mushrooms in there. Add your favorite spices. Put chunks of tomatoes, potatoes, celery, and carrots. Then take your favorite vegies like string beans, butter beans or anything else you can think of. Bake it at 350 until the chicken falls off the bones. You may have to add a little water during the cooking but don't add too much.

    Thanks. My kids love it and you are right. It is so simply. Just put it all together in the oven and wait for it to get done. It is wonderful to take to partys too. I get lots of complements on it when I take it to church or friends gatherings.

      Sounds simple but delicious. Something our kids would probably love. Will try it and let you know how it turns out!
