Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 c. Bake it all mix
  • 1/2 c. Brown sugar -- packed
  • 1/2 c. Lowfat milk
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1/2 c. Nuts -- coarsely chop TOPPING
  • 3/4 c. Brown sugar -- packed
  • 3 Tbsp. Butter or possibly margarine
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1 c. Water -- boiling

Directions

  1. Combine pudding ingredients except nuts. Stir to blend. Spread batter in 11 by 7 by 1-1/2-inch pan, bottom rubbed with shortening. Sprinkle nuts over the batter. Combine topping ingredients. Pour over batter and nuts.
  2. Bake in a 350 F. oven 30 to 35 min. Spoon into dessert dishes. Serve hot with whipped cream.
  3. Yield: 6 to 8 servings
