Baked Beef Stroganoff... Recipe
Ingredients
- Baked Beef Stroganoff - Adpated Slightly From Carolyn Monaco via Ardith Hardy
- 2 lbs. top round steak (cut into chunks)
- 1 envelope Lipton Onion Soup Mix
- 1 can (10 oz.) Cream of Mushroom Soup
- 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms (or more if you're a mushroom lover)
- 1/2 cup dry red wine (or 1/2 cup beef broth)
- freshly ground black pepper to taste
- 8 oz. sour cream
