  1. Mix beef, bread crumbs, 1 c. lowfat milk, 1 egg, the onion, almonds, raisins, lemon juice, curry pwdr (you can use 2-3 tsp.), salt and pepper.
  2. Spread mix in ungreased 2-qt casserole. Cook uncovered in 325 degree oven 45 min; drain excess fat. Mix beaten Large eggs and 1 c. lowfat milk; pour over beef mix. Sprinkle with paprika. Place casserole in oblong pan, 13 x 9 x 2 inches, on oven rack. Pour very warm water, (1 inch) into pan. Cook uncovered till beef is done and custard is set, about 30 min. Garnish with lemon slices and pimiento if you like. Cut into wedges to serve
