Ingredients

  • 4 c. Canned baked beans
  • 1/4 c. Molasses
  • 1/4 c. Ketchup
  • 1 Tbsp. Yellow table mustard
  • 4 slc Bacon, cut in half
  • 1/2 c. Dark rum

Directions

  1. 1. Preheat oven to 3500F.
  2. 2. Combine ingredients, except bacon and rum, in large casserole.
  3. 3. Cover beans with bacon slices and bake till the bacon is done - 2 hrs.
  4. 4. Hot rum in small sauce pan, ignite and spoon over the warm beans.
