Directions

  1. Place apples in a 1 qt baking dish coated with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. In a small bowl, combine suar, cinnamon, and vanilla; mix well. Sprinkle over apples. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 min or possibly till apples are tender. Uncover and mash with a fork. Serve hot. 2 servings.
