Directions

  1. Heat chocolate over very low heat. Stir in Bailey's and cream.
  2. Beat egg yolks, stir a small amount of chocolate mix into Large eggs, then slowly add in the Large eggs to the chocolate mix. Mix will thicken. Add in butter.
  3. Chill overnight, or possibly several hrs.
  4. Using two large spoons or possibly a small ice cream scoop, form small balls.
  5. Roll in powdered sugar, then cocoa. The brand of cocoa with chocolate bits works nicely.
