Bacon Wrapped Chicken Ranch Sandwich (& frogs)

Delicious warm & toasted sandwich with chicken, ranch, mozzarella and bacon.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Chicken Breasts, boneless & skinless
  • 8 oz Bacon (8 slices)
  • 1 Tbs Emeril's Chicken Rub
  • 4 Tbs Ranch Dressing
  • 4 slices Tomato
  • 4 Lettuce Leaves
  • 4 slices Mozzarella Cheese
  • 8 slices Whole Grain Bread, toasted

Directions

  1. Rub chicken with Emeril's Chicken Rub. Wrap 2 pieces of bacon around each chicken breast. Grill for about 5 minutes on each side. (or until done) For each 2 slices of toasted bread, add 1 tablespoon of ranch, 1 slice of mozzarella cheese and 1 slice of tomato.
