- WE START BY CUTTING THE TENDER LOIN AROUND VERY SLOWLY TO MAKE IT TO LOOK LIKE A JELLY ROLE. YOU WILL HAVE A LONG STEAK 1/2 INCH THICK THEN ADD CHEESE,ONIONS,BELL PEPPERS,HOTSAUCE, AND LAST BACON. SO WHEN YOU ROLE IT UP THE BACON WILL ROLE ON TO THE OUTSIDE, BACON RAPED, .LIKE THE BACON RAPED MEAT LOAF WE DON'T ADD SALT OR PEPPER BUT GARLIC.
