Ingredients

  • 10 slc Oscar Mayer Center Cut Bacon crisply cooked, and crumbled
  • 1/2 c. finely-minced onion
  • 1/4 c. butter or possibly margarine - (1/2 stick) softened
  • 2 Tbsp. minced fresh parsley
  • 2 can refrigerated crescent dinner rolls (8 ounce ea)

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients except crescent rolls.
  2. Unroll crescent rolls and separate into 8 rectangles. Firmly press perforations to seal. Spread bacon mix proportionately on each rectangle. Roll up each rectangle starting from short side. Cut each roll into 4 slices.
  3. Place pinwheels on ungreased cookie sheets. Flatten slightly. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 min or possibly till golden.
  4. This recipe yields 32 pcs.
  5. Great Substitute: Substitute Louis Rich Turkey Bacon for Oscar Mayer Bacon.
  6. Yield: 32 pcs
