Bacon Mushroom Fish Stuffing Recipe

Ingredients
- 6 x Strips bacon,diced
- 1/2 c. Mushrooms
- 2 c. Stale bread cubes
- 1 Tbsp. Grated onion
- 2 Tbsp. Lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. Parsley
- 1 tsp Sage
- 1 c. Diced shrimp, optional
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/8 tsp Pepper
- 1 x Egg
Directions
- Cook bacon till almost crisp. Saute/fry mushrooms slightly in bacon drippings.
- Add in bacon and bread crumbs; stir over low heat till brown. Add in remaining ingredients.
