- 1 pound green beans, chopped into 1-inch pieces
- 2 slices bacon, chopped
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar

Bacon Green Beans
Time: 15 minutes prep, 10 minutes cook

Directions
- Place green beans in skillet with enough water to just cover beans.
- Bring water to a simmer.
- Cover and cook for 6 minutes.
- Drain and set aside.
- Place bacon in same skillet on medium high heat.
- Cook bacon thoroughly.
- Add cooked green beans and stir.
- Cook until beans are tender.
- Add vinegar and sugar.
- Cook for 2 minutes.
