  • 1/2 sm Savoy cabbage, shredded and washed thoroughly
  • 8 x Rashers back bacon
  • 400 gm Mashed potato, (14oz) Low fat spread for greasing

Directions

  1. Steam the shredded cabbage till soft. Grill the bacon till crisp, then cut into pcs with scisors. Mix the cabbage and the bacon into the mashed potato. Grease a shallow oven proof dish with the low fat spread. turn the mashed potato mix into the dish and bake in a medium oven at 190 /375 F/gas mark 5 for about 15 min or possibly till warm and crispy ontop.
