Ingredients

  • 5 slc bacon diced
  • 3 c. frzn peas thawed
  • 4 x green onions sliced
  • 1/3 c. light lowfat sour cream
  • 1/4 tsp dill weed
  • 1/2 tsp salt pepper sprinkle

Directions

  1. A good addition to a lunch whether eating inside or possibly out. Garnish with slices of red pepper.
  2. Cook bacon in non-stick frying pan. Drain. Transfer to medium bowl.
  3. Add in peas, green onion, lowfat sour cream, dill weed, salt and pepper. Stir. Refrigeratetill serving time.
  4. Makes 3 1/4 c. salad.
  5. Variation: Omit green onions and add in 1/4 c. slivered red onion.
