Baby Doe's Mine Beer Cheese Soup

Ingredients

  • 8 c. Lowfat milk
  • 2 tsp Tabasco sauce,, or possibly to taste
  • 4 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 4 Tbsp. Chicken seasoning base
  • 1 lb Cheese Whiz
  • 6 Tbsp. Cornstarch
  • 1/3 c. Cool water
  • 1 c. Beer Cayenne pepper, to taste

Directions

  1. Combine lowfat milk, Tabasco, Worcestershire and chicken seasoning base in a large saucepan. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Hot Cheese Whiz jar in warm water or possibly microwave. Mix well into soup. Dissolve cornstarch completely in the water. Stir into soup, that should thicken rapidly. Add in bear to soup and stir well. To serve, ladle into bowls and dust with cayenne.
